Bruce trained at The Royal Academy of Music.
His professional experience as a Singer is as follows; "Die Zauberflöte"," Peter Grimes", "Tosca" at The Royal Opera House, "Albert Herring", "La Cenerentola" for The English Music Theatre, "Gianni Chichi" at The English National Opera, Beethoven Symphony No.9 at The London Sinfonietta Chorus with The St. Matthew Passion - Hilliard Ensemble/Western Wind. "The Ice Break" for Virgin Classics.
As a Musical Director Bruce has worked on "From Berlin To Broadway" with Kurt Weill Bandwagon Productions, "The Broadway Melodies" of Rodgers & Hart Bandwagon Productions, "The Golden Musicals of Broadway" for Broadway Musical Co in New York, "Newsrevue" at Canal Café Theatre, "Panto" for Qdos and "A Slice of Saturday Night" for The Royal Academy of Music.
Bruce currently plays keyboards for "Blood Brothers" in The West End. He has also played for "Collectors' Lot" for Two Four Productions (Channel 4), "Peggy Sue Got Married" in the West End, "Tonight's The Night" in the West End and "Visiting Time" for BBC Drama Radio 4.
His past experience as a Singing Teacher is with Laine Theatre Arts (Juniors), Westminster Adult Education, Hertford Regional College Singing/Piano/Keyboards, The Bridge Theatre Training Company and Brookside Adolescent Unit as Head of Music.
Bruce is an exceptional Singing Teacher and Musician but his popularity stems from his fun approach to teaching.
